Booking Policy for New Clients:

1.1. New clients are required to make bookings through the contact form available on my  website

1.2. A non-refundable deposit of 30%-80% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. 

1.3. The remaining 20%-70% is due on the day of the booking, prior to the booking commencing in the form of digital transaction or cash.

Booking Policy for Established Clients:

2.1. Established clients have the option to book via email or text message.

2.2.  A non-refundable deposit of 30%-80% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.

2.3. The remaining 20%-70% is due on the day of the booking, prior to the booking in the form of digital transaction or cash.

Deposit Policy for Tour Bookings:

3.1. To secure your date with Inara Darling while she is on tour, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking.

3.2. Deposits can be securely made via whichever method is agreed upon during your discourse with Inara.

3.3. Payment methods include PayID, Direct Transfer or Beem.

Deposit Policy for local bookings:

4.1. To secure your date with Inara Darling in Melbourne at her Brunswick incall or for outcall bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. For local dates within Australia, deposits can be securely made via direct transfer, PayID, Beem or bitcoin. For international dates, deposits can be made via direct transfer, PayID or bitcoin.

4.2. Deposits are non-refundable unless Inara Darling cancels the booking. In the event of provider cancellation, clients have the option to accept a full refund of their deposit or reschedule the booking to another date and time.

4.3. If a client chooses to reschedule their booking, their deposit will become non-refundable again.

Age Verification and Screening Policy:

5.1. In compliance with legal requirements, ethical standards and for my own safety, all clients must undergo age verification and security screening prior to confirming a booking.

5.2. Clients are required to send a copy of a valid identification document, such as an Australian driver's license or passport. This document must be submitted before the booking can be confirmed.

5.3. Valid identification documents can be uploaded in the booking form or emailed through to Inara Darling when prompted.

Disclaimer on Identifying Materials:

6.1. Any identifying materials provided by clients for age verification and screening purposes will be used solely for that purpose and will be kept confidential.

6.2. Once age verification and screening is completed and the booking has occurred, all identifying materials will be promptly and securely deleted from my system to ensure client privacy and confidentiality.

6.3 If a client sends their identification but fails to follow through on securing a booking, their information will be deleted from my system within 7 days. Should the client then wish to book another date, they must go through the age verification and screening process again. 

6.4. Please note that failure to comply with the age verification and screening policy may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

7.1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total service fee.

7.2. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service fee.

7.3. Clients who provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice of cancellation may reschedule their booking to another date and time without incurring a cancellation fee. Note that deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the booking. 

7.4. Bookings can only be rescheduled once and must be reschedule to a date within 2 months/8 weeks of the original date.

Rescheduling:

8.1. Clients may reschedule their bookings subject to my availability and provided that the rescheduling request is made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

Payment:

9.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30%-80% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be securely made via PayID, Direct Transfer or Beem for all Australian-based clients and via PayID or Direct Transfer for international clients.

9.2. The remaining balance of the total service fee is due the day of the scheduled booking, before the booking commences. 

9.3. The balance can be paid securely via PayID or in cash upon arrival. 

9.4. Cash payments for bookings which begin in a public setting must be handed to me discreetly upon arrival in an envelope. 

9.5. Payments are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated. 

9.6. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified time may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited in accordance with my cancellation policy.

Confidentiality:

10.1. I understand the sensitive nature of my services and I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics.

10.2. All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to myself, the client or others.

Code of Conduct:

11.1. I expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions and to adhere to my code of conduct at all times.

11.2. I maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behavior from clients, including verbal, physical, or sexual assault. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful towards myself, another provider or another client will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services and/or legal action.

11.3. Examples of abusive behavior include threats, insults, physical violence, and sexual harassment or assault.

11.4. If a client engages in such behaviour, the session will be immediately terminated, and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to authorities if necessary.

11.5. Clients who exhibit abusive behavior may be banned from future bookings and held financially responsible for damages.

11.6. I reserve the right to take legal action against clients who harm or harass myself, other providers or other clients.

11.7. Any decision to reinstate services for terminated clients will be made at my discretion, contingent upon adherence to my terms of service and respect for myself and any other person involved.

Vegan Lifestyle Policy

As a vegan of more almost 12 years, I am committed to upholding my personal values and ethical standpoint. As part of my values, I kindly request that all clients respect my dietary choices during our interactions. Below are the terms related to my vegan lifestyle policy:

​12.1. I am committed to maintaining a vegan lifestyle and expect clients to respect my dietary choices during our interactions. This includes consuming only vegetarian or vegan food and drink while in my presence. ​

12.2. I expect all clients to communicate respectfully regarding my vegan lifestyle. Any inquiries or concerns regarding my dietary choices should be addressed courteously.​​

12.3. I understand that not everyone follows a vegan lifestyle, and I do not judge individuals based on their dietary choices. I expect mutual respect for our values during our interactions.

Safer Sex and Hygiene Practices:

13.1. I practices safer sex at all times. Sex without a condom is never permitted under any circumstance. 

13.2. Oral sex without a condom on anyone with a penis is permitted only as an extra.

13.3. Oral sex without protection on myself or a client with a vulva/vagina is permitted. I also offer protected oral sex on clients/myself by use of a dental dam.

13.4. Unprotected rimming (licking of the anus) is permitted on me by clients.

13.5. Unprotected rimming (licking of the anus) is not permitted by me on clients. 

13.6. Besides the use of condoms, I will also ensure the transference of sexual fluids is not passed from my genitals to the clients or the clients to mine. This includes assigning one hand for unprotected genital play on the client and the other for unprotected vulva play on myself. 

13.7. Clients must not touch my vulva/vagina/anus with hand/s used to touch their unprotected penis, vulva, vagina or anus. This can and does result in transference of STIs and even sperm. 

13.8. Clients must not touch their penis/vulva/anus with hand/s used to touch my vulva/vagina/anus. This can and does result in transference of STIs.

13.9. Should a client continue to transfer genital fluids from their body to mine without regard to safer sex practices, I reserve the right to terminate the booking without a refund.

13.9. During our booking, I may wash my hands and ask you to wash your hands during play. This is for both our safety. 

13.10. I expect and encourage all clients to attend regular health screenings, at least every 3-4 months. If you are wondering about where to attend a health screening, I would be happy to provide some discreet suggestions.

Insemination Policy:

14.1. I take personal and private precautions to reduce the risk of unwanted pregnancy due to the intimate nature of my profession. 

14.2. In the unlikely case of unwanted pregnancy due to failure of safer sex practices, I will seek relevant care to terminate the pregnancy/risk of pregnancy. 

14.3. In the case of unwanted pregnancy due to sexual assault and/or rape, including stealthing, the client as the perpetrator will bare the full financial burden of any and all costs associated with me seeking relevant care to terminate the pregnancy, including providing full financial support equal to my average income for the duration of time I have to take off from work, and any medical and mental health costs associated with my recovery for the duration of my recovery until I am able to return to work.

15.1. While I will always do my best to prevent the transference of sexual fluids, STI transmission and/or insemination, I will not be held liable in the case that any of these outcomes occur.
